These tiny solid gold sakura studs (This means cherry in Japanese) earrings are cast from original fittings on an antique Japanese lacquer cabinet. My partner Ford Hallam does, amongst other things, antique metal restoration. He was asked to repair an imperial commission cabinet from the Meji period in Japan and I thought the fittings were absolutely beautiful. So I've taken a tiny cherry blossom from one and cast it to make these studs.
This piece is really beautiful robust and classy, are definitely earrings that you can keep forever and wear on special occasions. They look stunning in Yellow Gold however we do offer them in any colour or carat of gold you'd like from 9ct-18ct and would be just as beautiful in any colour of gold.
You can also have diamonds set into the sakura blossoms to make them extra special. If you would like a different stone please contact us for a custom order. The ones pictures are rose gold with a yellow sapphire.
They are perfect earrings for that special day, that will compliment and enhance your dress. You could even have the gold ones and your bridesmaids could have the silver version!
They come in a beautifully gift wrapped Isabella Day box adorned by a classy little bow.
